= TLC Centers =
* TLC-Charleston (Charleston, Illinois) with a population of 21,039, has much to offer TLC students. Attend numerous local cultural events, visit President Abraham Lincoln sites including original log cabins, and enjoy the recreational areas and farms of the Midwest. Journey to the nearby cities of Chicago, Indianapolis, Saint Louis and Springfield for major league sporting events, world class shopping and theatre. There are year-round activities to enjoy!
* TLC-Dallas/Fort Worth (Fort Worth, Texas) is located in the heart of the fourth largest metropolitan area in the U.S. and home to over 6.5 million people from all over the world. Texas Wesleyan University holds international education and international students in high regard, as developing students “to their full potential as individuals and as members of the world community” is part of the institution’s own mission statement.
* TLC-Edmond (Edmond, Oklahoma) is located on the University of Central Oklahoma campus. Our intensive English program is highly academic since the majority of our students go on to a university to study.
* TLC-Fort Wayne (Fort Wayne, Indiana) is located in the heart of the Midwest, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on the campus of Ivy Tech Community College Northeast. Known as ‘the city of churches’ and ‘the summit city’, Fort Wayne is the second largest city in Indiana.
* TLC-Kirksville (Kirksville, Missouri) is located on the campus of Truman State University, which has been ranked as the #1 Public University in the Midwest for 15 consecutive years, by News & World Report's, American's Best Colleges, 2012. The Center's programs and facilities are woven in with Truman's social and academic hubs allowing you to fully experience life on a U.S. college campus.
* TLC-Orlando (Orlando, Florida) is located in one of the most popular U.S. cities. Central Florida is well-known for its many attractions and close proximity to beautiful beaches.
* TLC-Philadelphia (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is located in the heart of Philadelphia’s historic district. Our classes and activities teach students the English skills they need for future university study or jobs.
* TLC-South Bend (South Bend, Indiana) is located in the heart of the Midwest, on the campus of Indiana University (IU) South Bend. TLC -South Bend offers nine levels of instruction, post-graduate courses, and individual tutoring.
* TLC-Toledo (Toledo, Ohio) is located in a safe and exciting part of Toledo, with numerous shopping and dining options just steps away from the school. Toledo, also nicknamed The Glass City, is located in Lucas County, Ohio, and sits on the western end of the majestic Lake Erie, bordering the state of Michigan.

= REGULAR PROGRAMS =
* Business English: Available at Edmond, Orlando, Philadelphia.
Designed for students who wish to improve their general English skills as well as their ability to use the English language in the Business and Marketing fields. This program will explore business cultural practices and help to improve the student’s communication skills in specific areas of business. The program will include courses in listening, speaking and grammar as well as four, field-specific courses addressing various topics related to the language of business. These will include such topics as Business and Marketing, Leadership and Teamwork, Finance and Accounting, and Correspondence, Reports, and Presentations.
* Foundations of English: All locations.
Foundations of English is designed for true beginners. The program gives foundational English skills and classroom experience to prepare students for TLC's Intensive English Program.
* General English: Available at DFW, Edmond, Orlando, Philadelphia, Toledo.
General English is for students who want to come to the United States to learn English but not necessarily attend a university after completion. TLC’s General English integrates the development of listening and speaking skills, structural accuracy, and everyday communication. If your goal is to be able to successfully communicate English in everyday situations, TLC’s General English course is for you!
* Intensive English Program: All locations.
TLC’s academic Intensive English Program is carefully designed to help you achieve your language learning goals. The full-time Intensive English program meets Monday through Friday. The equivalent of twenty-five, 50 minute lessons is offered each week. Classes include structure and speaking, reading, writing, and core-plus courses. The optional sixth lesson a day may be used for homework, lab, or test study. A TLC instructor is present for this sixth hour study hall.
* Intensive English Part Time: All locations.
Learn English for three hours per day, Monday through Friday, while enjoying the fun and excitement of visiting U.S. cities. TLC will help anyone who enrolls in Intensive English Part Time to get the most out of a trip to the United States! High-quality English instruction will be provided for three hours per day. Listening, speaking, vocabulary, reading, and writing are all part of the learning experience. As a TLC student, one can participate in all TLC-sponsored activities including trips and parties. A student’s English will improve by taking advantage of the Intensive English Part Time Program. It is more than just learning from books; it is learning from culture and experience as well.
* Junior Intensive ESL: Available at Edmond.
The TLC Junior Intensive ESL program is designed for students whose ages does not allow them to study in our Intensive English Program but are looking for a program where they can learn English and experience American culture.
* University Bridge: Avaliable at Edmond.
The University Bridge Program is designed for students who need practice and refinement of advanced grammatical, written, and oral skills in order to prepare to matriculate into a post-secondary institution. Module A1 is one of six rotating levels. The modules are thematically based and focus on research, advanced levels of grammatical structures, academic writing, and formal oral presentations.
= SPECIAL PROGRAMS =
* Academic Test Preparation: Available at Edmond, Orlando, South Bend, Toledo.
Designed to help students navigate the variety of testing requirements for admission to American universities, such as TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, iTEP and IELTS tests. Courses cover the following topics: advanced grammar and reading review, test question analysis, test-taking strategies, practice tests, and analysis of test results.
* Advanced Proficiency Level: All locations.
Many students who complete TLC’s Intensive Program choose to remain at TLC for further study of specific aspects of English. Many of these students are preparing for post-graduate study at an American university and would like to study more extensive English to prepare for their advanced or graduate study at the university. For these students, these TLC centers have designed their Advanced Proficiency Level courses to meet these needs and special requests.

These private, customized programs are designed for people who need specific English skills for business, but have limited time to study. Participants can return to their jobs quickly, having mastered the necessary English language skills. Programs can be designed to address the English language needs in particular fields such as Petroleum English, English for the Telecommunications Industry, or English for technology business.

This program combines educational opportunities with the chance to experience a vacation in the United States. This program is designed for students who are 12-18 years of age and who want to enjoy a learning vacation in an interesting and exciting environment with other students from around the world. The English language study is not only focused on English for communication, especially speaking, which participants will use on the various planned activities, but also on English structure skills. These two areas of English study, combined with vacation activities, provide an excellent opportunity for teens.
